Terminal Block Kit
Fix Number FIX470125
Manufacturer Part Number 5303935058
This kit comes with the necessary components to replace your burner terminal block. It includes interchangeable mounting brackets, a terminal box, ceramic wire nuts, heat shrink protective tubing, and wires. The purpose of this part is to connect the wire harness to the surface element, which allows for the burners to heat up. Some common issues that result from a damaged terminal block is that your element will not heat properly or not heat up at all, may cause burning smell, or make a buzzing noise. It may also be necessary to replace the burner elements as well, if the tips are badly damaged. This repair will require a pair of wire strippers, a #1 square head screwdriver, and a heat gun or hair dryer. If you are not comfortable with cutting, stripping, and reconnecting of wires you should contact a qualified professional to complete this repair.
