This genuine OEM kit includes the parts required to replace a surface burner receptable on your range. The kit comes with a plastic block, a metal bracket, high temperature wire nuts, and wires. The burner elements on the cooktop plug into the receptacle, and if the burner is not heating up properly, the receptacle may need to be replaced. Other signs that the receptacle is faulty is if there is corrosion on the element terminals. Before beginning this repair, please be sure to disconnect the power supply to your range.
