Fix.com is registered in Nova Scotia, Canada as a division of Eldis Group Partnership. Any reference to Fix.com or Fix can be considered a reference to Eldis Group Partnership.
Fix.com reserves the right to refuse a customer's order. In the event that this occurs, the customer will be duly notified by email, and their method of payment will be refunded.
Fix.com operates in US currency, and all prices displayed on this site are in US dollars. By confirming your purchase at the end of the check out process, you agree to pay Fix the amount set out as the total in the check out process which will be charged to your selected credit card by Fix.
By completing the check out process you authorize Fix to charge your selected credit card and you represent and warrant that you are the cardholder. Your order will not be processed nor will your product be shipped if payment is rejected.
All our parts come with a one price guarantee, so the price you see on the site is the price you pay for the part (plus shipping costs). If you incur any additional charges due to purchasing a part from our site, we would be happy to refund those fees. See our section on oversized items for more information here
- The item is in stock in one of Fix's warehouses and usually ships same day if your order is placed before 4:00 PM EST Monday to Friday. If your order does not ship same day, it will ship next business day.
- Item is on order and usually ships in 7 business days.
- Item is not in stock and must be ordered. Item usually ships in 10 business days.
- "No Longer Available" - This item is no longer being made by the manufacturer. Fix sells only factory-authorized parts made by the original manufacturer this part is not available from Fix. NLA items cannot be added to your shopping cart.
Fix will ship your parts to any physical address within the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or United States offshore territories. Fix is unable to ship to PO Boxes, including APO/FPO US military bases.
We offer you a variety of shipping options to best meet your repair part needs. We work hard to ensure that you are charged the lowest possible rate for shipping, and that the rate you are charged is as fair as possible.
Please note that not all shipping methods are available from all of Fix's warehouses. The available shipping methods will be displayed to you when you are making your purchase. Costs include shipping and handling (no additional handling charges).
So that you get your parts as quickly as possible, Fix may ship your parts as soon as they become available. Regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your order, you will only ever be charged freight once (see "Oversized Items and Extra Shipping Charges" here).
Fix operates several warehouses throughout North America, with different product lines available at each. Our online system has been designed to calculate the lowest possible shipping costs for you, and will attempt to have your order shipped from only one warehouse if possible. If necessary, your order may be split between two or more of our warehouses. If this happens, it will be clearly displayed to you in the Order Submission page what you will be charged for shipping. You will never be charged more for shipping than is displayed in the Order Submission and Order Confirmation pages. Some warehouses do not have all shipping methods available, so you will have the opportunity to select a shipping method for each of the warehouses involved in your order.
In some cases customers are required to pay extra shipping charges beyond those listed above. Extremely large items or orders may be restricted to more expensive methods (air shipment only, for instance) or the weight or size of certain parts may cause excessive charges. In those cases the customer will be contacted and offered the choice of cancelling the order, or paying the extra freight. Customers will not be charged additional freight without their authorization.
Fix processes your order as quickly as possible. When we receive your order, it is routed electronically to one of our warehouses. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at 1-877-332-6797 1-877-346-4808 immediately, so that your order can be cancelled before it ships. Once your parts have been shipped, you must wait for them to arrive in order to return them for a full refund. Orders cancelled before any items have shipped will have all shipping costs refunded.
Your confirmation email may not arrive until after your purchase has already shipped, so please contact Fix immediately at 1-877-332-6797 1-877-346-4808 if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order. You can also complete a cancellation or change by signing into your User Account.
Any part in its original condition and packaging may be returned to Fix for a full refund of the invoice price of the part within 365 days of shipping. It is our policy to refund the shipping price only if the part was shipped in error.
Please Note: Electronic or electrical parts which show signs of being installed or used CANNOT be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
If your part arrives damaged, you must contact Fix within 10 days of receiving the damaged part. If Fix is not contacted within 10 days of receipt of the damaged goods you will be ineligible for any refund.

All returns must have authorization, which can be obtained by contacting customer support at 1-877-332-6797 1-877-346-4808. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return. When returning your order, please make certain your order number is clearly indicated on the outside of your package. Allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Some of the parts we sell are eligible for a Mail-In Rebate (Core Charge). To qualify for the rebate, you must return the old part you are replacing. We offer this rebate because we will refurbish your old part or recycle it and we are passing the savings on to you. You will be charged the full price of the new part but will receive the rebate credit after the old part has been returned to us.
If a part you are purchasing qualifies for the rebate, you will notice a rebate amount at the point of purchase. After you have completed your order, we will send you email instructions on how to send back the old part so that you receive your rebate.
Fix may modify its Terms of Sale from time to time. The Terms of Sale applicable to your order are the Terms of Sale in effect on the date that you place your order.
Unlike many of our competitors, Fix sells only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. This means what we sell are the parts the manufacturer recommends and not after-market parts that may or may not work properly on your appliance. All our OEM parts carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty subject to the following:
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on parts such as water filters.
- Customer is responsible for paying shipping and handling for replacement part.
- Customer may be required to provide model number and serial number of appliance to qualify for warranty.
The site Fix.com is presented as it stands by the company. Fix.com does not acknowledge the existence of any warranties, either self-imposed or otherwise, in relation to the function of this site. This disclaimer extends to any information contained within the site, including content, resource materials, and products, and will be enforced to the fullest extent of the applicable law.
Fix will not be liable for any damages of any kind including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages arising in connection with or related in any manner whatsoever to any content, information or products accessed, offered, purchased or sold through this site or their use, suitability or availability (including the inability to use) regardless of any negligence or other fault or wrongdoing by Fix, even if Fix has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage being incurred.
If the above exclusion or any portion thereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of Fix for damages of any nature suffered by you shall in no event exceed the price paid for the product.
Some or all of the foregoing limitations of warranties may not be permitted by the laws in your jurisdiction. If so, all other limitations or disclaimers not prohibited shall continue to apply.
Part installation instructions provided by Fix customers are not intended to replace an on-site diagnosis or advice from a qualified appliance service technician. Any use or reliance on the information contained in any video on this site shall be at your sole risk and Fix shall not be liable for any damage or injuries to any person or property caused by attempting the repair procedure contained in any such video whether arising out of the completeness, accuracy or utility of the information in the video or otherwise. There can be risks of injury or other damage in completing any repair with electrical wiring, gas and water connections, sharp parts and tools, and heavy machinery. Take proper precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of others in performing any repair including taking note of any warnings contained in any materials provided by the manufacturer. If you have any doubt about your ability, have your item professionally repaired. Difficulty of repair and time to repair may vary based on experience.
Fix.com was created in Nova Scotia, Canada. The terms, conditions, and disclaimers outlined here are governed by the province of Nova Scotia, which will take precedence in the event of a conflict of laws.
Fix.com reserves the right to alter, add to, or otherwise change the terms and conditions of this website at our discretion. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute with Fix or relating in any way to your use of the Site or a purchase made on the Site will be in the courts of the Province of Nova Scotia unless required otherwise by law.
These Terms of Sale and the Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fix with respect to any purchase made by you on the site.
In the event any term is held to be unenforceable, void, invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding will not affect any other provision of these Terms of Sale.
These Terms of Sale will be binding upon and will ensure to the benefit of Fix and its successors and assigns and of you and your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
In the event of an inconsistency between the Terms of Use and these Terms of Sale, the wording in these Terms of Sale shall prevail.
You may not purchase products from Fix or use this site if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction and you represent and warrant you are of such age of majority.
