To repair, open the dishwasher door and pull out the lower dishrack. Next, push the tab from both sides and it should pop out. To install the new wheel assembly, place it on the rack and make sure the caps overlap the wire from the inside before you clip it in place by pushing the wheel.

The rollers are sold individually, however there are four in total in your dishwasher. You may want to replace all at the same time to ensure they have even wear. Replacing a broken roller is a simple job and may require the use of a flat blade screwdriver. Remove the entire lower rack from your dishwasher and place it on a suitable work surface. Release the tabs to open the cover on the roller assembly, using the screwdriver if necessary to pry them open. Pull the damaged wheel off the assembly and push the new one into place. Reattached the cover and place the rack back into the bottom of your dishwasher. The lower rack should now easily glide in and out. The dishwasher roller assembly connects to the dishrack, and is located in the lower level of the dishwasher. It allows the dishrack to easily slide in and out. If the lower rack keeps falling off the track in your dishwasher, makes noises, the door will not close, or the dishes are not getting clean, then it is best to replace it for more security. A flat blade screw driver is the only tool needed for this installation. Open the lower dishwasher rack and remove retaining tabs from both ends of the rack and slide it out. Locate the older roll assembly, remove it and replace the rollers. Remember to put the tabs on each side back before sliding it back in. Make sure the dishwasher is off before starting this installation project.
