This is a manufacturer-approved sausage plunger for a caulk and adhesive gun. This part pushes the caulk through the gun. The plunger is attached to the plunger rod and fits snuggly inside the barrel. Due to the constant rubbing against the barrel, the sausage plunger will need to be replaced over time. For this repair, start by removing the cartridge from the gun by unscrewing the cartridge from the mounting cap. Pull the cartridge away from the plunger, and remove it from the rod. The new plunger can now be installed by placing it on the rod and securing it with the screw. To complete the repair, install the barrel back onto the gun.

This part includes one OEM O-ring for a nailer. The O-ring creates an air-tight seal around the piston stem. When O-rings fail this will hinder the performance of the nailer and may prevent the driver from returning. Since you will need to disassemble the nailer to access this O-ring, it is also a good idea to inspect all O-rings and replace them as well. If one is failing, it is likely that the others will be soon to follow. You may require some grease when installing your new O-ring.

This is a manufacturer-approved frothing disc, sold individually. This frothing disc creates a thick and creamy froth, suitable for cappuccinos. Slide the frothing disc onto the shaft at the base of the milk jug, ensuring the wide end is face down. Push it firmly until you hear a click. If the disc is not properly in place or it has become dislodged this can cause the milk to not swirl, a burnt milky smell, or a grinding noise. Make sure you always add ingredients slowly and in small amounts, as adding ingredients quickly can cause the disc to disengage or prevent it from spinning. The manufacturer recommends washing it by hand with warm soapy water to help it last longer. Be sure to wash and allow it to dry after each use.
