Both comparments very warm but fan working and lights on
Bought Capacitor, but I had to purchase Combo Start Up Kit that Cap goes into. The site said that 78% of the time my problem of both compartments being warm were resolved/repair by replacing Capacitor, but when the item was replaced it did not and my son looked further and found that it would then be the Combination Start Up Kit (Part# PS11740412), which starts the compressor. Thanks to this site the video used to install both parts. I was able to use the old Capacitor and I am returning the new one first purchased.

Curtis from Highland, UT
The door would not stay closed, the closing cams were completely worn out.
This is a very simple repair, by far the hardest part was emptying all of the condiments out of the door. After that was done I removed the top hinge cover and then the hinge. I lifted the door off of the refrigerator and set it on a card table so that it was off the ground. I took the worn cams off of the door and the refrigerator cabinet (one screw for each of them). I screwed the new cams into position and lubricated them with petroleum jelly. Then I put the door back in position and reattached the top hinge. It works perfectly again.

Refrigerator upper and lower door cams on the door bottom were worn out. Door swings open without the usual stop.
Remove upper door hinge and lift door up and out of bottom hinge. Pry out both lower door cams if possible from the lower door. If not possible, break the lower door cam, and then grind out the plastic part of the old door cam from the refrigerator door. Install new upper and lower door cams and put some lite grease on them. Lower door onto bottom hinge and reinstall upper door hinge.
