This suspension spring is a genuine OEM replacement part for a variety of washers and washer-dryer combos. The primary purpose of the suspension spring is to support the outer tub and keep the tub steady during loads that could cause an unbalance. If this part breaks, is worn down, or has stretched out and lost its spring, it could cause the load to be off-balance which can lead to excessive shaking, moving, noise, and leaks. This part is approximately 2 inches in length when compressed, made of durable metal, and is sold individually. For this repair, you will need a 1/4 nut driver, putty knife, flat blade screwdriver, and a pair of needle-nose pliers. Before you begin, disconnect the power, fill hoses, and drain hose to give you easy and safe access (drain hose may release some water, have a small container or towel near by). Your appliance contains 3 suspension springs, so keep this in mind if you need to order multiple of this part. We suggest you purchase several at a time, as they can be very useful to have on-hand.

Shaking violently on spin cycle.
I removed the top section and control panel(disconnected one hose and electrical connector . Layed complete washer on back side. Slid washer bucket up towards the top. Installed all 4 rods into place. Then tipped washer back on its legs and reassembled. Rechecked washer was level. Note: I inspected the old rods and compared to new and found no issues with old ones. Most likely weak springs. Runs like new now. Also noticed before complete barrel was hanging low and is now higher with new rods installed. Read more...

The drive hub connects the basket of your washer to the transmission shaft, which in turn allows the basket to spin. If your washer will not agitate, spins slowly, or is excessively noisy, it may require a new drive hub assembly. This genuine OEM kit comes with a new hub and a fork holder. To replace this part, you will need to remove the agitator from the tub to expose the hub assembly. Use a flat blade screwdriver to remove the fork shaped holder, and then remove the screws holding the hub assembly to the transmission shaft. Place the new hub onto the shaft, and rotate the washer tub to line up the holes. Once lined up, drill the screws back into place. Please note that this kit does not come with replacement screws, so you will need to reuse the ones from the old hub. The new fork holder is then put through the slotted opening, using a small hammer to tap it into place. Once you have installed the new part, be sure to follow the instructions on the pamphlet provided with the hub to calibrate your washer.

This is an OEM agitator repair kit that includes an agitator cam, four directional cogs, a bearing, thrust spacer, inner cap seal, and washer. These parts are found inside the agitator auger near the top. This kit is used when the top portion of the agitator is not moving correctly but the bottom part is. The agitator is subjected to a lot of force during the wash cycle, so it is common for this part to wear over time, especially if you are consistently over-loading your washer. If your model has a softener dispenser, it will need to be removed to perform this repair. Agitator grease is recommended for this repair, but is not included in this kit.

Belt was worn
Unplug electricity. Disconnect water lines and drain line so you can tilt machine on its side. Take two screws out that holds pulley cover. Take screwdriver to gently remove old belt off pulley by turning and removing belt. Place new belt on motor sprocket first and then gently turn pulley while applying tension on gear case pulley. Be careful belt is tracking correctly or it will cause damage to new belt. Place pulley guard by on with the two screws and reconnect hoses, drain hose and electrical plug. Finished. Read more...
