My two dish racks had very bad rust growing where the vinyl cover had deteriorated
I just had to roll out the bottom rack and replace it with the new one. The top rack I had to undo the plastic cap that held the rack on the track and take off the pieces that the water spray came through; three pieces. Then I had to carefully thread the wheels onto the track and put the parts back that I took off. It was very easy. The parts fit perfectly and I have washed my first batch through the dishwasher. No more rust marks on my dishes. Read more...

If your dishwasher is leaking from the corners of the gasket, you may need to replace the splash shields. The splash shields attach to the lower front corners of dishwasher and are used to prevent water from escaping past the door seal. This authentic OEM replacement kit includes two shields, one for each lower corner. When installing this part, ensure that the soft rubber edge is facing in towards the tub.

This is a single rack roller kit for your dishwasher. This kit comes with one axel/clip, and one wheel/roller. The kit is used for the lower dishrack, and allows your rack to move freely. You will need two kits for your upper and lower rack. We recommend replacing this part in pairs for an even wear. Lower rack roller and bracket assembly, grey. Wheel has been updated. If wheel pictured is not like old one, you may need to replace all wheels.

Stalled Timer, dirty dishes, detergent wasn't dissolving properly.
At first I thought the Timer was bad because it was stalling. The Timer only malfunctioned in High Temp Wash or High Temp Rinse mode. After removing and checking the timer, I determined it was working OK. Someone mentioned that a bad thermostat could cause the Timer to stall, but I wasn't having any problems with hot water temperature. I noticed the detergent wasn't dissolving completely, and the water flowing into the tub sounded weak, so I replaced the water inlet valve. This solved all my problems. Dishes are coming out sparkling clean and the Timer doesn't stall in High Temp mode. I just followed the video on Part Select to make the repair. I didn't pull out the whole dishwasher from the counter and I removed the Lower Door panel in addition to the Kick Plate. Removing the Lower Door Panel provided easier access to the valve. I hope this helps other people troubleshoot their dishwasher. Once again this site saved me a chunk of money. Read more...

This part is a replacement spray arm support for your dishwasher. It is made of white plastic and is approximately 3 inches long, 1 inch wide, and 3 inches tall. This is the support for the lower spray arm and is found at the bottom of the dishwasher. The lower spray arm spins on the support when the dishwasher is running. If the support is cracked or broken, the spray arm may not spin, and your dishes will not be cleaned properly. You may also notice that your dishwasher is noisy when it runs; this can mean the arm support is damaged as well.

The door gasket provides a watertight seal between the tub and the door, to keep water from leaking out of your dishwasher. If your dishwasher is leaking you may need to replace the door gasket. This gray door gasket is made of rubber and measures approximately 73 inches. For this repair, open the dishwasher door and remove the lower dish tray. Use your hands to pull out the old gasket. Clean the channel with a rag. Press the new gasket in place so it sits inside the groove in the door. Keep the door closed tightly for a few hours to ensure a strong seal is made.

leak from door
I ordered the top 3 parts in terms of probability of solving the problem (water inlet valve, tub gasket, and bottom door gasket). I installed all 3 and it did not solve the door leak. Then I realized that the bottom door gasket had come out (in other words, I had not installed it properly). I reinstalled the bottom door gasket (a critical point is that it has to be *pressed in* firmly -- there should be some resistance), and it worked. Note that the bottom door gasket is a hybrid between a true seal and a splash guard. The notch in the middle is designed to drain water from the door back into the tub. Because of that notch opening, there is sputtering and splashing at various points of the wash cycle. This appears to be by design, and those splashes result in water being absorbed by the insulating foam. Thank you to the previous submission/posting authors, as this is what clued me in. Read more...

This is a genuine OEM replacement water inlet valve for your dishwasher. The water inlet valve supplies water to the dishwasher by opening and closing the solenoids attached to the valve, depending on the desired quantity of water. If your dishwasher is overfilling and leaking, or not filling with water at all, these may be signs that your valve is faulty. Other symptoms can include your dishes not cleaning properly, and the dishwasher not draining. You can check the inlet valve for continuity with a multimeter. It should show a reading between 500 - 1500 ohms if the valve is working and will read infinity if it is faulty. Another test is to open the dishwasher door while it is filling. If the tub continues to fill with water when the door is opened, the water inlet valve is defective and should be replaced.
