Lid Lock Striker

This genuine OEM part is a lid lock striker for your washing machine. It is located on the lid of your washer and is used to activate the lid switch. The strike pushes against the lid switch to indicate that the lid is closed and that washer cycles can begin. If the lid will not open or close, or your washer will not start or move through the cycles, you may need to replace the lid lock striker. This part can become damaged if you attempt to open the lid while it is in the locked position.
