A bent, cracked, or badly rusted frame can make a gas pressure washer unstable and place stress on the engine, pump, and wheels. This main frame supports the machines heavy parts and helps protect them during use and transport. Before replacing it, inspect the engine mounts, rubber isolators, axle, handle, and fasteners for damage. Confirm fit with the complete equipment model. Shut off the engine, let it cool, disconnect the spark plug wire, close the fuel valve, and release water pressure. Use help when lifting the engine and pump onto the new frame.

This part regulates the amount of pressure in the line at any given time. When the pressure in the line builds to a certain level the relief valve is pushed open and allows excess pressure to escape, rather than allowing it to build-up in the line. This replacement part is a safety mechanism that helps prevent serious damage to you or your equipment. This thermal valve relief is made of metal, and the threads have sealant on them to ensure airtight connection. The thermal valve relief is sold individually. You will need basic hand tools for installation.

This part is sourced from DeWalt and is a manufacturer approved replacement part for DeWalt Pressure washers. For full compatibility, please see the "Model Cross Reference List" below. This valve kit contains a complete set of check valves (3 inner valves and 3 outer valves), as well as the rubber o-rings needed for installation. These valves fit in the pump and work together to pressurize the water. If your pressure washer is unable to build pressure or has low pressure, it may be time to replace the valves. These valves are made out of plastic and metal, and each valve is approximately 0.5" in length. These valves are also referred to as Check Valves. There are 6 valves in each kit, which is enough to replace all the valves on your pressure washer.

Pressure washer would build minimal pressure.
Started by running water to the pressure washer and not running the motor. Started the motor and minimal pressure increase from wand but an increase. Removed the valves which were seated/stuck. Broke 4 of the 6 in order to get them out so really could not see if a spring was broke or damaged. Replaced all 6 valves and it now works great. The most difficult part of the job was removing the valves without damaging the brass. Read more...

Sourced directly from DeWalt, this Pressure Seal Kit contains OEM approved replacement seals for select models of DeWalt Pressure Washers. To ensure this is compatible with your machine, please see the "Model Cross Reference List" below. This Kit contains the twelve (12) seals needed to replace the existing parts. The components are utilized to ensure tight seals between connected parts, preventing water from leaking past the high-pressure side of the piston. Over time, Seals will wear out and may begin to crack causing water leaks, at which point they need to be replaced. The Seals in the kit range in size, are made up of rubber and metal components, and each kit is sold individually.

Installation Instructions

Water leaking between brass head and brown gear assembly
Remove low and high pressure hoses.
Remove thermal relief valve.
Remove 6 set screws.
Remove brass assembly.
Replace soft rubber seals on plungers,
Note direction of flat side vs groove side of these seals.
Inside of brass assembly I used screw head to remove brass inserts ,nylon washer and hard rubber seal. Again note flat vs groove side.
Replace o ring on brass insert.
Reassemble.
