Pressure washer came up to pressure ,squeeze trigger, total pressure loss
This is on a dewalt pressure washer with A 8.7 12 pump and Honda motor. Removed brass housing taking really good notes of how seals were placed Into housing
This pump is a triplex pump. Removed 3 brass Allen head plugs to expose the 3 checks and the other 3 checks are at the bottom of other 3 ports where the 3 pistons go in.
Used a needle nose plies to remove checks..Removed seals from piston ports. I used a Oring lubricant to assemble THE NEW SEALS THAT GO IN FIRST WERE VERY VERY HARD TO INSTALL HAD TO PUSH THEM IN THEN SLOWLY WORKED AROUND THE EDGE OF SEAL SLOWLY WORKING DOWN INTO BORE OF HOUSING
THE rest of parts install went easy Bolted unit up,pulled starter rope to rotate pump an motor ok so far
Hooked up water started motor and cleaned items I had out to do. Hope info helps
