Water not passing through pump to wand when trigger is pulled.
For model number DXPW3835
Hello PK, Thank you for your inquiry. First hook up a water hose (without the wand) to the washer's inlet and turn it on to see if you are getting water flow. If not, check the inlet connector for any obstructions and clean it if it is clogged. Assuming water is flowing through the pump properly, start the engine, hook up the hose and wand and see if it works. If not, you have a collapsed or kinked hose or a clogged wand. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
