My washer still spins ok but there is gear grease smell and was some that came out in tub. Would this still be the part I need?

During the spin cycle, the washing machine makes very loud noises, shakes and walks. I've replaced the drum suspension rods and made sure the machine is balanced; I've even tried washing smaller loads, but issue keeps happening. What could the issue be? Thank you
