The ice maker makes eight cubes at a time, by filling the mold with water from the inlet valve, freezing the water until the cubes are formed, and then ejecting them into the storage bucket. This process will repeat until the ice bucket is full. If your device is not making ice cubes, the ice maker assembly may need to be replaced. Please ensure that you disconnect the power and water supply to your fridge before beginning this repair. This kit includes the fill cup, a four-pin wire harness adapter, and tube.

If you are having an issue with the arm of this kit hitting the shelf, you will have to replace the shelf. You can find the shelf by searching FIX1152582. To complete this repair, you will need a 1/4-inch nut driver and a small flat blade screwdriver.
