This OEM dishwasher upper rack adjuster kit includes the left and ride side adjusters and all the parts needed to repair the upper rack. These parts have changed from plastic to metal, so even though it looks different than the original part, it is made to be perfectly compatible. This part is located on the dishwasher rack and is connected to the track, allowing it to move in and out smoothly. If this part is damaged, it may make it difficult to move the rack in and out or it might hang down awkwardly, indicating a repair is needed.

New parts are not identical to original
I was expecting original equipment parts, so initially opening the box I was surprised and thought that I would be sending them back. The new parts were, however, correct, and actually of better quality than the original. More steel and less plastic. Dimensions were the same but connections were very different. Instructions were included with photos instead of diagrams. I do prefer well drawn "exploded" diagrams, based on years of experience putting tools and machinery together. The first rack adjuster took 10 minutes and a little head scratching, but the second one took about two minutes. Add about three minutes to remove the old adjusters and the entire job took 15 minutes. I would advise the manufacturer to provide a detailed diagram instead of photos. Read more...

This dishrack adjuster attaches to the side of the top dishrack and fits both the left and ride side. If you are looking to replace both sides, you will need to order 2 of this part, as they are sold separately. It connects to the track, making it possible to move the rack in and out as well as raise up and down to accommodate different size items. If this part breaks, it may make it difficult for the rack to slide in and out with ease, in which case it will need to be replaced, as this can lead to further issues. For this repair, remove the upper rack from the dishwasher, detach the adjuster housing cover and then detach the front and rear adjuster support straps from the tines. Pry off the stop clip to detach the old adjuster. Align the new adjuster on the rack and snap the stop clip in place to secure it. Place the front and rear support straps back on. Position the adjuster housing and place the cover back on to secure. Place the rack back into the dishwasher.

This is a single rack track stop clip used to prevent the upper dish rack from sliding all the way out of the dishwasher. It is made of gray plastic and can wear with time. This is an easy repair that should not take very long to complete. Start by opening the dishwasher door, depress the tabs to remove both the front stop clips and remove the upper dish rack from the appliance. Now, using your small flat head screwdriver, release the retaining tab to remove the rear stop track that you are replacing, and pull the clip up to remove it. Install the new clip by inserting it into the support rail from the top and press it down to secure it in place.

This gray plastic lower dishrack roller is a part for your dishwasher. It attaches to the bottom of the lower dishrack, allowing it to move in and out smoothly. If the lower dishrack stops moving in and out easily or preventing you from being able to shut the dishwasher door, inspect the dishrack roller for damage. The assembly includes 2 rollers and the bracket that attaches to the dishrack (parts are not sold separately). This assembly is sold individually, so you will need 4 assemblies to replace them all in your appliance. For this easy repair, start by removing the lower dishrack from the appliance and set it on the counter. Use a screwdriver to pry off the old roller assembly from the lower tabs. Align the new part on the dishrack by snapping it in place.

This rack adjuster kit is connected to the dishrack and allows you to adjust the height of the upper rack of your dishwasher up and down to give more space. The kit is constructed of gray plastic and metal, and measures approximately 12 inches wide and 6.5 inches tall. This kit includes 2 adjuster arms, 2 adjuster actuators, 2 gray adjuster covers, 2 gray adjuster housings, and 4 screws. The rack adjuster can break from material fatigue or prolonged high temperature exposure, compromising the integrity of the materials. The most common indicators of a faulty rack adjuster include leaking, door latch failure, the door not closing, dishes not cleaning properly, and failure to start the wash cycle. This kit includes the parts to replace the left and right-side rack adjusters and has been upgraded to a more durable metal design. Replacing this part requires beginner repair experience, basic hand tools, and some disassembly of the dishwasher. Do not forget to unplug the dishwasher or shut off the water supply to the appliance underneath the sink before you begin.

This kit includes two door strikes, and three door catches, to service doors that have one or two catches. The strike is mounted on the body of the dryer, while the catch is mounted on the dryer door. These two parts work together to keep the dryer door shut while in operation. If your appliances lid will not close, or it will not start, it may be time to replace the door catch. If this part is malfunctioning, it should be replaced immediately, as it is not safe to run a dryer with the door not properly closed. This kit also comes with a set of instructions to help with the repair.

Dryer would run, but not heat
Needed it running quick, so no diagnostics. Ordered one of everything that could fix problem (plus a new door catch). Tipped it onto it's back & popped the bottom cover off. Element, thermal cutoff, thermistor, and fuse. were right in front and held by 2 screws each (don't drop them, don't ask). A little bit tight inside, but no big issue. vacuumed the inside, replaced everything (it was the Heating Element, by the way), slapped the cover on, and put it back in its spot. works like it was new. Yes, I unplugged it first. Remember! Safety Third! Read more...

The genuine OEM replacement rack stop clip is for dishwashers. It measures just over an inch and is made of gray plastic. The purpose of this part is to prevent your dishwasher rack from pulling out too far and falling out of the dishwasher. If you have difficulties closing your door, your rack continuously falling off, or a door latch failure, you may need to replace this part. They are sold individually and can be used on the right or left side of the upper dish rack. It is recommended to replace both sides at the same time, meaning you will need to order 2 of this part. For this easy repair, start by pulling out the rack, then use your screwdriver to reach behind the rack stops and push on the clips. This should allow you to remove the stops from the track. Next, slide the track back over the rollers and snap the new track stop in place.

The plastic clips were broken and old
I took out the old clips with a flat screwdriver and popped the new ones in. It took a min to see how to put them together and YOU HAVE TO PUT THE RAIL IN THE DISHWASHER FIRST! It is very tempting to just put the new part in but then you will have a hard time straddling the wheels inside the rail. Once you see how they fit and position them it is pretty easy to put them in once the rail is inside the washer and in place. These are the only ones I have ever had to replace. I suggest that you keep idiots that pull the top rack out too hard away from it so you do not have to spend 17 plus dollars on some plastic pieces to make your stuff work again. In my case I have co-workers that use it so I just put the part number on the magnet they gave me and the name of what it is called so that next time I will not have to be the one doing it. I could have went to the local parts place but they insisted I needed the exact model number and I had the one from the door but they said it was wrong. I was able somehow to use that number to pull pictures and this part from Google search so the hell with the local people I shopped here instead! The actual model # was in fact on the dishwasher where the door closes by the seal on the left side facing the front of it. It is only on there once while there are at least 2 stickers with the other number I pulled from the door in at least 2 languages. You tell me which is more needed..... yeah I did not need the model number as long as I had the sticker one. Ha Ha local losers at Dey Appliance can suck it! They always act like customers are interrupting them when you call or go in. Not anymore! Read more...

The spray arm works by rotating to distribute water throughout the dishwasher, ensuring that both racks of dishes come out clean. If your dishes are not coming out of the dishwasher as clean as they should be, it may be time to replace the spray arm in your appliance. This kit comes with the upper spray arm, split ring seal, water supply tube, a holder for the tube, and a screw to attach the arm to the mounting bracket. The kit has been redesigned by the manufacturer and no longer includes the upper support or mount, and the supply tube now comes as one piece. If your repair also requires a new mounting bracket, this part can be ordered separately. As this is a genuine OEM parts kit, it is guaranteed to work with your model number. This repair is easy to complete and only requires the use of a Philips screwdriver. The spray arm measures approximately 18 inches long, and all components of the kit are white in color.

This is a manufacturer-approved heating element and 2 washers. If the dishes in your dishwasher are not drying or the water in the dishwasher is not getting hot, it may be due to a failed heating element. The heating element is not intended to heat the water that enters the appliance but is designed to maintain the heat of the water that enters. This part is located on the bottom of the appliance. Be sure to disconnect the power to the appliance before you begin this repair. Start this repair by disconnecting the wires from the bottom of the element in the back, remove the plastic nuts holding it in place, remove the element, and repeat these steps in reverse order to install the new part. For this beginner repair, you will need a screwdriver, wrench set, and it should be completed in less than 30 minutes.

Started leaking under the door. The rubber door gasket appeared to be breaking down, very soft.
I soaked the new door gasket in warm soapy water while I removed the old gasket. This is the rubber seal inside the washer that closes off the sides and top of the door. Gently pulling on the old gasket removed it, then the new one slide right into place. Took about 5 minutes or less. Read more...
