Over time, mechanical parts such as these wear down and must be replaced. To complete this repair you will need a hex key/allen wrench. • Remove old switch by pressing tabs • Disconnect wires • Attach wires to the new switch • Reassemble and test the tool

Clamp Knob Assembly

This is a single OEM clamp knob assembly for a saw. The clamp knob is what secures the blade in the saw blade clamp. This assembly has a wingnut cast onto a threaded metal stud. With use, the clamping surface will deteriorate, which causes the blade to slip. The threads on the metal stud can also start to strip. For this quick and easy repair, you will need to disconnect the blade, and then unscrew and remove the clamp knob from the blade chuck. To install your new part, fasten the clamp knob into the blade chuck and reassemble the blade.

Air Nozzle

This is an authentic OEM replacement part, guaranteed to fit the scroll saws listed below. This adjustable air nozzle/hose is used as a dust blower. It is connected to the bellows via the metal air pump cap. Nozzle attaches over the air pump cap's ball end. When installing this part it is recommended to heat the nozzle's connecting end until soft. Then just ease into place. This item is sold individually. A Torx screwdriver is used to remove the air pump cap for easier installation.

The blower nozzle had cracked and would not stay in place.

The replacement should be an easy push on operation but the end joint needs to heated to fit over the outlet ball. Dip the end of the plastic joint in boiling water for about 30 seconds and immediately press over the fitting. Installation is complete. Read more...
