Unbalanced load/severe shaking
Unplug the machine and detach water supply. Remove control panel (slide to the side) and unplug harnesses. Remove front panel, pop loose from lid with putty knife. Remove lid, two screws on front a wire retaining clip and the lid switch(squeeze tab from below lid). Remove control panel back panel, control panel bracket and trim, three scr ews. Remove old suspension rod (x4); lift tub, push lower bushing out with something like a hammer handle or stick, detach upper bushing from below (squeeze tabs) lower and remove rod. Install new suspension rods in the reverse of removal and reassemble machine in reverse of disassembly.
