Another area on the valve to inspect is the solenoids, which can be done with multimeter to check for continuity. This is a genuine OEM part that measures approximately 6.5 inches long by 3 inches wide and is made of plastic and metal. To replace this part, you will need access to the back of your fridge. Please ensure that you disconnect the power and water supply before beginning this repair.
