Defrost Timer - 60Hz 120V
Fix Number FIX423801
Manufacturer Part Number 215846602
If your freezer will not defrost, or your fridge and freezer are too warm, there may be an issue with the defrost timer. This device helps to melt ice that builds up on the evaporator coils. It does this by cycling on the heater circuit for thirty minutes after every eight hours that the compressor has been running. There is also a dial on the timer that can be advanced in and out of defrost mode if you need to adjust things manually. If frost is allowed to build up, it can reduce airflow and the efficiency of your appliance. If you need to replace the defrost timer, this is an authentic OEM part. It measures approximately 3 inches long and 2.5 inches wide, with 60Hz and 120V. Please be sure to disconnect the power supply to your fridge before beginning this repair.

Worn out motor was noisy
I watched the you tube video before ordering the part. The changeout is easy, but remove the plastic fan without breaking it, as one does not come with the kit. I took a few photos as I proceeded with the motor removal. The photos were useful later when reinstalling the parts. Don't forget to unplug the fridge.

System would not cool
Went to your site and found the suggested problem. Ordered the parts. The diagram did not show the location of the Defrost timer on my unit. I had to call your service desk which was very helpful. the timer is located underneath the cabinet on the left hand side behind the leg/roller support. Once located it was a piece of cake. Unit works great now.

This is a genuine door shelf retaining bar for a refrigerator. It attaches to the inside of the door on the refrigerator and helps to secure items placed on the shelf. It is made of white plastic and can be easily installed without the use of tools. Start by making sure the projection on the inner door panel fits into the recessed area at the top of the shelf retainer bar. Once they are lined up, press it into place until you hear a snap. This part measures approximately 25-inches wide, 3-inches high, and 5-inches deep. If it breaks, cracks or warps over time, it will need to be replaced. This part is sold as an individual part. Drawer Support Rail - Right Side
Fix Number FIX430917
Manufacturer Part Number 240530701
The drawer track support provides support for the right side of the sliding drawer to help it move open and closed easily. This part is sold individually, so if you also require the left side rail it will need to be ordered separately. It measures roughly 16 inches long by 1 inch high. If it is damaged it might make it difficult to open and close the fresh food drawer. Check the support rails in case something is blocking it. It is important to replace a damaged rail to prevent it from damaging the drawer itself. The only tool required for this repair is a Philips screwdriver. Remove the entire upper shelf from the inside of the fridge. Place the assembly on a flat work surface. Remove the screws on the back holding the back rail in place. Next, disengage the tabs holding the old right side rail in place. When installing the new one, line up the slotted opening on the rail to the tabs on the drawer and push it in until it snaps into place. Reinstall the back rail with screws. Check the operation of the drawer and place it back into the refrigerator.
