Simply remove the old filter by turning it counterclockwise and sliding it out. Insert the new filter and turn clockwise to lock into place. Run water through the dispenser for three to four minutes, or until 1.5 gallons have been filtered through, discarding the water as you go. This is an OEM filter for French door and side-by-side door style of fridges.

Simply press the release button in the corner to remove the old filter. Remove the protective end caps from your new filter before inserting it into the holder.
