High Pitch Noise During Spin Cycle The Seal Failed Causing The Bearing To Fail Also
First I removed front and rear covers and the dispenser screws. If you are carefull you can fold the front cover back and lay it on top of the washer so that you do not have to unplug all the wires. Remove the clips on the front of the outer drum with a small flat blade screwdriver and set aside. Go to the back and roll the belt off the pulley. Remove bolt and snap ring and the pulley should pull toward you off of the shaft. This is plastic be carefull. The inner drum will now pull out thru the front of the machine. Now read the directions again and again about the seal because you have to replace exactly what you take out. This is my only complaint with the directions there needs to be a picture and not an illustration of the placement of the sael and the spacer in my case.

mold on door boot, replace door boot
followed the approach on fixya.com. when installing new boot and cable loop, found it easier to remove drum cover from machine (held on with simple clips). Then you can install boot onto the cover and the door frame. Putting everything back in machine and re-attaching the various braces took only a couple of minutes.

An object had gotten wedged between the inner door and the spinning drum causing the grommet to wear down while spinning and the inner door to crack allowing water to trickle down the front of the washer. (word to the wise-never put a hard athletic support cup into a front loading washer)
I ordered the grommet and inner door on a Tuesday and had both parts at my door step the following day. Including shipping it was only $64.00. With only a screwdriver in hand and 45 minutes of time I removed four screws to take the entire door off. I then removed the inner door and vent tube and grommet (very easy). After placing the new grommet into the new inner door I inserted the vent tube and screwed everything back together.
The repair man would have charged $90 for the labor and the parts which he would have had to order would have been extra.

water leaking around washer
First ya have to find the problem that takes time.
Pulled the front off via the four screws, two on the door and two on the opp side. Removed the two top hold down brackets that hold the top on (on the front), popped out the four screws for the detergent and the top hinged up, The hose was right there. Removed the two hose clamps, found the crack ordered if from you guys.(very fast) slapped it in and put a load in.

The inner door was dammage with a hole so we needed a new inner door.
Remove the ten screws to the inner door to remove it. There are components in the inner door that we didn't think would be there. Take out the components on the inside of the inner door. The areas where the ten screws go in have the small metal plates that we needed to be transferred to the new inner door. Otherwise the screws will not fit. It flips out. That's the part that took us a while to figure out but it came out easily. The other parts snaps on and off after the two screws are removed.
Just remember what you removed and where it should go. It takes two people to do the work.

Washer was so loud in the spinning cycle it sounded like a jet was taking off
We took the washer completely apart. Replaced the bearings, pulley and
belt. We decided to replace anything that involved the spinning cycle while we had it all apart.
It was well worth the time and effort we put into it. It works like a chime
and is very quiet . Silence is golden ! Hopefully it will work another 18 years.

leaking water at the seal between the drum and door assembly
I took the door off, front panel, soap dispenser(to lift the top out of the way)and took off the cross braces on the front of the machine. I pealed the door bellows off and took the drain hose apart; there was much gunk and debris to clean out...maybe something here was clogged? Removed all the snap clips and took the front of the tub off;the tub seal seemed good, but lots of grime/gunk build up.I cleaned all surfaces, put the new tub seal on,and put it all back togther. The hardest part was working the snap clips back on; I worked a few on both sides, top and bottom, and then filled in the rest. The machine has been working fine for a month now, no leaks:)

Washing large object broke inner door
First I removed all the screws, which removed the door. Once the door was off, was able to de-install all the parts of the old door and install on the new door. The engineers that design this, made it to be able to replace easily. Inner door part was replaced in less than 30 mins. The most amazing part was I order the part on Monday and the door was fix on Tuesday before 2:00. I was amazed. Thanks

When ordered it said instructions included which it did not.
Received 2 seals with seal kit and didn't know which seal went where and online it was stated in a video the kit included a "revised" seal but couldn't find anymore information than that. Installed what I thought was the seal to be installed on the inner seal. Did not have any information on the depth of the bearings installation on outer or inner bearing set depth. Tried to call help line but never got through. I think it is installed right? Guess I will wait and see how the drum holds up and hope the bearings and seal are installed correctly.
