installed new kitchen cabinets
the problem was the mounting bracket that was installed when the house was built ,was not the bracket that came with the microwave. It was used to step the microwave out 3" in front of the other cabinets for the style that they were using then. so when I was installing the new cabinets I didn't want that style, so I ordered the original mounting bracket. It was a perfect fit and the install went great

Broken handle
Removed inner trim panel. Bottom screw was visible But upper screw was behind metal frame that trim plate snaps onto Removed that to access screw. Door latch had to be removed to. Not a big deal just be sure spring on latch is reinstalled same way it was removed. Took longer than expected but way cheaper than a service call. Part arrived on time

Replacement of Magnetron
I UNPLUGGED the microwave and removed the cover, using a phillips and a Torx screwdriver for the machine screws. I set these screws aside, so as not to confuse them with the later encountered screws. I photographed the magnetron to assure proper placement of the 6 phillips machine screws involved in reassembly (marking the the locations on the old magnetron would do as well. I marked the old magnetron "old", to avoid later confusion. I removed the two screws holding the shields to the magnetron. I removed 3 of the 4 screws holding the magnetron to the microwave, leaving one of the top screws. I held the magnetron securely and removed the last screw, pulling out a the part of the magnetron that penetrated the microwave. I installed the new magnetron in reverse order. One problem I encountered was locating one of the six screws, which had been pulled into the old magnetron by magnetism.

Broken Door Handle
No description of repair method with part, or in owner's manual, so I YouTubed the subject. Outer plastic covering was easy to remove by prying off with screwdriver. Be careful not to break clips. Removing door assembly from body was easy- Just lift off of hinges (but you need to remove fan grille at top of microwave first-simple). Removing metal inner door casing to access handle screws was a bit more difficult as you had to remove 6 small screws and then pull the casing from about 8 plastic brackets that hold casing around perimeter. Have to be carefull not to break the brackets. Once that was removed it was easy. With access to door handle screws now visible simply unscrew, remove old handle pieces and reinstall new handle using same screws.

Door Handle Broke off the Microwave door
I went on line and found the part and read all the comments that had been written on how to repair the door and I found the directions on how to take it off and put it back on, so it helps to do your research on taking it off and putting another one. My son-in-law did it for me, it was quite difficult to remove the screws, and it took about 30 min to remove the door and take the screws out, but putting it back on was easy and took less than 5 min. So I was pleased, the part was ordered on Sat and came by FX on Tuesday, I was very happy with the service, and it works as good as new. Just do your research, that helped a lot.

When trying to run, intermittently, the light would come on but the tray wouldn't rotate or cook. When the door was open, the tray would intermittently rotate.
I pulled out the unit and found 2 interlock switches that are depressed when the door closes. After cycling the door open/closed I found that one of the switches occasionally would stay depressed. The repair was easy (after I took off the panels so I could get to the switch) I simply removed 2 screws that attached the interlock switch assemblies to the main unit. Then I popped out the defective switch and popped in the new one. This did indeed fix my problem.
