followed enclosed directions. needed to replace both side as repair parts come as complete set. might add that repair part is stainless steel and easy to work with

Unsnapped old adjusters, new ones went in easy after reading instructions.

I went on line as instructed by one of your representatives and found clear instructions how to remove old part and put on new one. It was an excellent presentation. It can be found at w10712394 instructions

I looked up a you tube video of replacement for model and part. the video gave consise, clear and easy to follow directions. Using the video it took about 15-20 minutes to easily do the job.(I had difficulty seeing photos and reading printed directions that accompanied the part.)

I had left one adjuster on but the new ones were different. I started great but when doing the top part I didn't line up the wire rack with the holes in the upper adjuster plate and found out it was wrong so I had to use the pliers to unsnap the metal piece where they lock in. Once I got the first one complete it only took about 5 minutes to do the other side. The pictures included with the installation sheet were very dark. A you tube video would have been a great asset. It would have made it very simple and easy. In truth, the second side should only take a minute or two because I was only using one hand. My other arm was in a cast because I broke it. Anyone could do this.

This was my 4th time replacing these parts. Old parts where all plastic and I was lucky to get 6 months before they all disintegrated from the hot water washing. New parts are steel and replacing the old plastic parts was a piece of cake. Looks and even feels much stronger! Excellent youtube video

The instruction included were pretty comprehensive. Also, it is not a difficult fix. Only thing I did different was install the release arm before snapping the upper part on to the rack. Liked the Phillips screw converter included in case someone does not have star bits for the screws. Returned the stop Clips, not needed.

Read the instructions, removed old parts, installed the first side in about 4-5 minutes, second side about 3 minutes. Took longer to read instructions, than to repair. This is a great repair package, this appears to be a lot better than original parts. Fast service, very helpful customer service personal for return parts, as I ordered parts I didn't need. The repair kit was easy to install, required a torque tip screw driver and thin flat head screw driver to remove the old parts. Took me 15 minutes start to finish. Simply follow the instructions provided with the kit. Nothing else needs to be said.

Figured out what was worn and went to website to order replacement parts. Three days later the parts show up, I find the replacement parts are better build than the original parts. Took less than 30 minutes to repair and reinstall. Works perfect. Website was easy to use and the repair was simple.

I took the upper rack out set it on its side and followed the instructions that came with the parts. Then turned it on the other side and repeated the instructions. The nice part about the instructions is they they came with clear photographs of each step in the instructions. You could clearly see how the parts were suppose to fit. No guessing at all. Great job, who ever created them. I will not hesitate to but parts from this website and is saved in my favorites.
