Top rack adjusters fell apart and would not slide back and forth.
I followed the Partselect video for the new installation. Very easy to follow which made new part installation extremely easy. Works perfect now!!!

Leak around door
Installed new gasket and striker. By not pushing the gasket in all the way , as it is intended to, it stopped the leak. The gasket is made to push in partways or all the way. Worth the money!

Slight leakage under door
Note that the door gasket only seals the top and sides around the door. I had leakage under the door so I was not sure this gasket would have any effect on the problem. However the old gasket was frayed and needed replacement so I started there.
The repair video was unclear on some fine points that cost me a bit of time at the beginning for trial and error. The information I provide here will save you that time, but watch the video first to get the general idea.
The gasket is longer than the channel it fits into. The video shows starting at the bottom on each side but not what to do with the excess length. For this reason I started at the top: Fold the gasket in half to find the center point then align that with the top center of the channel.
The video refers to an arrow point on the gasket. I found that confusing. There is a flat part that has ridges on both sides: That is the part that slides into the channel. One side has three ridges and the other has two: The side with three ridges faces the wall of the unit and the two ridges face the inside of the dishwasher.
Push gasket into the channel as shown in the video but starting at top center. Check to see if the leftover gasket on each side is close to the same length. If not, remove, recenter, and reinstall.
The bottom of the channel on each side flares out toward the door. This automatically directs the leftover gasket under the door. I was concerned that this would leave a gap and cause a leak but it didn’t.
Run the unit and check for leaks.

Dishwaster would not reliably start. Just blue flashing light
Removing the door was straightforward. However, when the door panel was removed, I grabbed the door and my finger touched and pressed on something on the right side. This is an optical collector which focuses 3 lights (red, blue, green) into a visible slot. After I reinstalled the door, the lights were not visible. I had to disassemble the door a few times and bend this optical collector into the right position. Basically, I bent the collector into the door, so I needed to bend the collector away from the door. And now, everything is fine.

Door seal would pull out when door opened and cause leak if not pushed back in.
Removed old seal by pulling it out. Inserted new seal by pushing it into the mounting slots using a screw driver, then a putty knife. After installation of the new seal the door was hard to latch (had to push real hard to make it latch). I pushed the seal further into the mounting slot until it didn't seem to change position any more. The door is still harder to close than with the old seal, but it doesn't come loose when the door is opened and no leaks.

Door gasket was decaying
All I did was remove the old gasket with my hands and push in the new one. Couldn't have been easier. The part was exactly what I needeed even though it did not list Kenmore as a mfr on the Webpage, it was exactly the same gasket as the old one.

leaking from right front corner of dishwasher
Followed others that described how they removed the old gasket and replaced the new one. As we looked at the parts for replacement it was somewhat confusing which seal-gasket was the rifght one. As soon as we read the stories of others we knew we had the right part. We then found the middle of the gasket and started pushing in the new one in place to have equal amounts of gasket to come down the side of the unit. It was fast and would recommend all to read some of the comments before deciding which part you need. Great info for the novice home repairer!
