When dishwasher went from water fill to power wash the dishwasher would shut down and the front lights would flash
I had replaced every replaceable part over the years, and for the last time was able to get the board to work (1) last time in the "smart-wash" mode which told me the drive components (pumps) were working ok, so I determined the board was bad. The board was ordered on a thursday and delivered on a sunday (fedex), installed same day, took me at least an hour to get door apart and remove the wiring harness (8 of them) without breaking the harness or destroying the wires. Once installed and back together it worked very well. When I placed the order the person on the line emailed me a helpful video link (youtube) on how to get the door apart. Nice job !!

When the door was in the closed position there was no power to the unit. The control panel buttons would not put the dishwasher in any cycle. the panel lights did not work.her
I first verified that there was 120 volt line voltage getting to the unit. I removed the outer door panel by removing the 10 torx screws located around the panel on the tub side of the door. Two of the screws are longer so note there location for reassembly. The door handle can now be removed. Pull the outer door panel away from the inner panel and remove the connector to the control board. Set the outer door aside. Remove the connector to the door latch. The latch is snapped in position at the top side. Pry using a screw driver to release. Snap new latch in position. Snap on connector, Reassemble door by first reconnecting the control panel connector. install plastic door handle. Mate door to inner panel. Note interlock tabs between outer door and inner panel near the bottom area. Install the 10 screws. The two longer screws are at the top holding the latch and handle.

Dishwasher wasn't draining
The video does a great job explaining the repair. I took the unit completely away from the wall and put it on its side, which I recommend. Only problem I had was getting the new part in the correct orientation to lock... try to pay attention to how the failed pump is facing when you remove it.
I ended up replacing the supply line as well as just moving it around caused a drip leak, guess it was about to fail. Pro tip: don't remove the old line until you have the new line in hand... but that's a story for another day.

Door seal badly damage do to heavy lime in the water
Remove the old door seal by pulling it out. Take the new seal find the center of the new seal by lining up the ends so they are even. Push the new seal starting with the center you just found at the top center of the machine. Push it in to the slot as far as it will go going both to the right and they to the left so it stays even. At the bottom of each end cut the extra on a angle. Use a screwdriver to pry to old strike out and push in the new one. Your done.
