The picture of some of the parts for the repair did not match some of the parts received. So new pictures of the most recent parts need to be included in the repair kit. The repair kit only has a few parts, which makes it relatively quick to center and connect. The written instructions were not perfect, especially in identifying which direction the rack adjuster clips need to be oriented, but it was pretty easy to figure out since the clips are well aligned when only put in one way. My son and I connected the right and left rack adjuster wheel assemblies to the upper dish baskets for both dishwashers in about 15 minutes each. That time included taking off the old rack adjuster wheels assemblies and installing and make sure the two new assemblies worked well and fit in the upper water supper valves correctly.

The enclosed instructions were black and white, faded, with pictures subsequently fuzzy and difficult to analyze. The experienced DIYer will figure this one out with or without the instructions, but the less experienced DIYer may well struggle a bit here. There are two sides to be repaired. The first side took me 15 minutes to slowly puzzle out, the second side was less than 5 minutes once I grasped how all the pieces fit together.

Removed old adjuster rack from both sides using a screw driver. Followed directions provided with rack adjuster kit and installed new adjuster on both sides.

Pulled old broken parts off with a little brute force. Installed the new parts and pieces, per directions provided (with pictures!), and placed back in dishwasher. It was easy! Made sure to install new wheel tracks forth set of tines from back of basket, slide parts into place and secure with screws provided. Only extra tool needed is a Phillips head screwdriver.

replaced both sides of rack with the new metal parts. easy to do once you realized you what part went where. the instruction pictures could have been bigger or clearer.

The repair was easy. The replacement parts fit perfectly and the instructions were great.

The instructions that were included were a bit scetchy, but we figured it out. I like that the replacement part is made of medal and not plastic. We first put the clips on top then figured out they go below middle bar after that it all came together

Searched YouTube and followed a YouTube video step by step. YouTube had the exact same part replacement instructions. Paper instructions were difficult to read, but YouTube repairman takes you through procedure with closeup video.

Removed all the old adjuster parts. Laid out new parts for each side. Would have helped if pictures had been better quality. Figured out how the parts would be installed before actually installing them. Almost messed up 2 plastic tabs by not understanding how 2 parts locked together with the tabs and shoved them together too far on the trial run but, was able to get them apart without breaking off the tabs. The new parts are a stronger design than the original. The tracks work like a dream. I rated it a "Bit Difficult" because in the pictures I could not see enough detail, otherwise I would rate it easy.

Instruction sheet is good but should stress that the thumb pads must face the front side of the dishwasher.

Ordered the parts and installed them according to the enclosed instructions & photos that came with the repair parts.

Followed the pictures not hard at all.

Stared at it and deduced that the clip was not intended to slide into the track from the end, but that it was intended to snap in from the side. NO WHERE WAS THERE A SINGLE SENTENCE TELLING HOW TO DO THIS. And don't give me the old bromide, "Well, everyone knows how to do this." Nope, It is not in my DNA, so a sentence included with the clip in the package would have saved me time and pain.
