Broke wheels on upper rack
Watched instruction video on You Tube. Easy to figure out how old adjuster came off. Followed instructions from video on installation. Did not have proper star screwdriver, but was able to use allen wrench on two screws.

rack adjuster wheels broke
You have to go online and watch a video of how to install the replacement part. Ten or so minutes later you are done.You tube makes everything easier.

Wheels which support the rack broken
Followed the instructions included with the kit, took a little while to figure out what the photos were showing. But essentially installation was easy.

Changed out the rack adjusters and wanted new clips to complete the project
They snapped into place very easily no tools required

Top drawer kept falling out or wheels would fall off
Removed old parts easy. Then used replacement parts and back together again.

Original rollers broke off
Read the instructions, removed old parts, installed the first side in about 4-5 minutes, second side about 3 minutes. Took longer to read instructions, than to repair. This is a great repair package, this appears to be a lot better than original parts. Fast service, very helpful customer service personal for return parts, as I ordered parts I didn't need. The clip on the back upper rail broke
I used pliers to pull the old clip out and pushed the new one in. Easy as that!!

clip holding the rollers broke allowing one side to drop
The repair kit was easy to install, required a torque tip screw driver and thin flat head screw driver to remove the old parts. Took me 15 minutes start to finish. Simply follow the instructions provided with the kit. Nothing else needs to be said.

Upper dish rack adjuster failed
Figured out what was worn and went to website to order replacement parts. Three days later the parts show up, I find the replacement parts are better build than the original parts. Took less than 30 minutes to repair and reinstall. Works perfect. Website was easy to use and the repair was simple.

Pup per rack wheel hubs broke
I took the upper rack out set it on its side and followed the instructions that came with the parts. Then turned it on the other side and repeated the instructions. The nice part about the instructions is they they came with clear photographs of each step in the instructions. You could clearly see how the parts were suppose to fit. No guessing at all. Great job, who ever created them. I will not hesitate to but parts from this website and is saved in my favorites.

Upper rack wheels would not stay on. Axels were worn down from use.
Removed upper rack.Replaced both side rack adjusters purchased from Kitchen Aid. Replaced upper rack and checked for easy operation. They were made superior to original parts, what I would call an upgrade. The instructions are well written easy to follow and in order of completion. One word of advice, dont snap keepers in place untill you are sure they are in correctly. The picture quality could be improved to better assist anyone not used to doing these type of tasks.

Rack Adjusters Replacement
This was my 4th time replacing these parts. Old parts where all plastic and I was lucky to get 6 months before they all disintegrated from the hot water washing. New parts are steel and replacing the old plastic parts was a piece of cake. Looks and even feels much stronger! Excellent youtube video

End stop on the upper rack of the dishwasher
Reviewed the video of this problem. Followed these instructions using a flat screwdriver to release the broken stop. Then used the same tool to set the piece firmly in place.
