Although the b&w photos spooked me a bit. I quickly learned to tear off/break off the old adjuster arms, and then refer to the written directions for installing the new parts. Don't waste your time trying to figure out removal of the original parts, just get them off. So, I did not find the photos helpful, but I figured it out.,with help from the text And of course, once you do one side, the other side is a breeze!

The 1st person i had contact with wasn't any help choosing the correct part. Paid about $30.00 for the wrong part. Paid $8.00 more to ship the wrong part back for reimbursement. Meanwhile my son went to a local repair shop and got the right part for less than $40 and the repair shop installed the part on the rack for free
I was not happy with Part Select! Part Select cost me time and money and didnt get the job done

Followed the enclosed direction sheet

I took the top dishwasher rack off, then took off the old clip I had taped on. I hadn’t watched the video so I put the new one on by looking at the other side rail and inserted the new part matching the other rail, clicked the new clip on and I was done. it was quite easy for an eighty-one year old woman!! It did take me awhile to figure it out.

Followed the instructions from the U Tube video by Matt from Appliance Video for Adjuster Kit W10712394. Matt did an outstanding job describing exactly how to remove the old parts and install the new ones. He speaks slowly and precisely and left no detail behind. Removing and installing the parts went like a breeze! Thank you Matt!

I broke it accidentally while trying to get it off and it would either not spin or fall off. I simply removed it out of the box and put it on. 2 turns to the right and I was done!

Got all the parts but no installation instructions. Saw the comment about youtube,, reviewed that and everything when together great.

I ordered this thinking I would probably need more parts, but was unsure which ones. When the part arrived I immediately noticed that it was not identical to the original part, but looked like it may work. I also received an instruction book that I did not expect. The first side probably took 15 or more minutes. The second side was installed in just a couple minutes. The toughest part was removing the old pieces.

The parts seemed more sturdy than the originals that broke, so I hope this will be a better design. The instructions were adequate for installation and the adapter for the screws was supplied with the parts. The most difficult part was removing the old broken rack adjusters since there was no instruction for that.

Parts came with instructions however I just searched the part #on you tube and found a video of someone doing the repair. That made it super easy. Took me only about 20 min for the whole job and I am not a very “handy” guy. So glad I didn’t pay someone to come out to do this. Easy repair! In a nutshell you completely remove the old housing and wheel structure and replace it all with the new parts so when taking off the old parts don’t worry about breaking them.

Nomenclature of parts were not named with a drawing, Photos of instructions were very dark and unable to ascertain which was which , they were worthless. It took me 20 minutes to figure out where the new parts belonged. Keep in mind the new parts were different than the old parts. A simple sketch would have helped a lot.

The manual that came along was confusing and was bit frustrating. I did not know how to remove the old parts. Then I viewed the video on YouTube. It was a lifesaver. I would recommend to viewers this video and it was like a piece of cake It took not more than 15 minutes including watching the video.

I followed the YouTube attached with PartSelect email invoice to fix it. I am very happy PartSelect sent repairing video instruction and took me less than 15 minutes to get it done. Awesome!

Originally I ordered the rack stop clips but realized I needed the whole upper rack repair kit. It entailed pulling off parts and popping new parts on. Very easy and simple.
