Fan did not turn on, switch worn out
Clipped wires off old switch. Attached new wire clips to wires and attached to terminals on new switch. Turned off power first, of course. Works great. Paid for a service call who said couldn't be fixed. Should have found your site first!

Burner Control not functioning
Turn off Power
Remove four screws under control panel.
Remove old burner knob and loosen old control
Lowered Burner Panel from range
Remove 5 wire connectors from old burner control
with pliers
Remove 2 screws that held burner control to range
panel, these were torx head screws.
Install new burner control
Rplace two screws to burner control
Replace 5 wire connectors to new burner control
Replace 4 screw under panel, slightly tricky to align screw holes but very manageable.
Replace knob to new burner control
Turn on electricity, good as new.
Remove four screws under control panel.
Remove old burner knob and loosen old control
