Burner would not shut off
Shut off power. Remove top panel on back of stove. Make a diagram of wire placement on piece of paper. Remove wires by pulling out using pliers, do not cut. Then go to front of stove remove nob by pulling out. Remove the 2 screws. Note: they are very short. Part should then fall out. Install by reversing directions. Note: if you forget to make or lose wire diagram don't fret the wiring is the same as the other nobs . Also , if you want to use range while waiting on new part to come you can follow instructions up to remove wires. Then tape the plug ends separately using electrical tape ONLY . Leaving off back panel move range back in place but not tight . Turn on power.
