Fix Number FIX10169655
Manufacturer Part Number 330005-01
This is a cord protector, but it is also called a strain relief, and it is used with multiple power tools. This part is made of firm rubber to protect the cords from being pulled out or exposed, which would be a safety hazard. Over time the strain relief can develop cracks and break into pieces. This part is black and 4 inches long. The smallest end has a diameter of 0.5 inches. When completing this repair tuck in all wires to avoid pinching.

Fix Number FIX10169875
Manufacturer Part Number 330072-98
This power cord is used for power tools and some of the following tools: electric drills, reciprocating saws, jig saws, biscuit joiners, and routers. The power cord is made for double insulated tools and is a two-wire cord with two prongs, but it does not need a ground wire. If there are cuts in the cord insulation, intermittent power during operation, or damaged and bent prongs, then replacing the power cord will solve the problem. The tools needed for this repair are a Phillips screwdriver, small screwdriver, wire cutters/strippers, crimping tool, and terminal (ring or spade). Repair tip: During installation, remember that new cord wires must go correctly into wire terminals. Also, to avoid pinching when the tool case is put back into place, remember to route cord and wires in the right path.

Fix Number FIX10106353
Manufacturer Part Number 151281-08
The 151281-08 Pad is used to hold 5 inch Hook and Loop sandpaper with 8 vacuum holes. Over that of the PSA (Pressure Sensitive Sandpaper) Applying too much pressure on the sander may cause premature wear on the Hook and Loop pad. When a pad needs to be replaced, simply remove the three screws that hold the pad to the sander, then replace it with a new pad.

Sander Pad & Backing Plate (Rubber Foam)
Fix Number FIX10166489
Manufacturer Part Number 151284-00SV
This is an OEM sander pad and backing plate for a sander. It is most commonly replaced due to sudden uneven sanding or difficulty keeping the sandpaper properly attached. This part includes a steel plate with a foam pad fixed to it. The foam pad gives grip for the sandpaper to adhere firmly within the clamps. This foam material is prone to deteriorate over time, causing irregular sanding. If the pad is so worn that the metal plate is making contact with the paper, the sander will start to jump around. This is a very quick and easy repair. Simply remove the four screws holding the old pad in place, line up the the holes of the pad with the holes in the plate, and tighten the four screws back up (screws sold separately).

Brush & Spring
Fix Number FIX10173724
Manufacturer Part Number 450374-12
This is a brush and spring for your power tools. This brush is sold individually, and two are needed for most power tools. We recommend replacing both brushes together for an even wear. When your brush wears down it will greatly affect your motor function by reducing the power and electric braking. When making this repair we recommend inspecting the armature for cracks or visible damage that would mean other motor problems. Carbon brushes are the most commonly replaced power tool part. This part is meant to wear out over time through the constant contact.

Fix Number FIX10173420
Manufacturer Part Number 445860-00
This is a brush spring and it is used in a variety of power tools. The spring applies force to the motor brush inside the motor. This will keep the brush tight along the armature. If the brush has worn down it will create heat, and the spring will lose tension. If this happens, both parts will have to be replaced.
