Please note gaskets are sold separately. Please note if the engine won't start or it starts and quickly dies you may want to test the carburetor. You can do so by removing air filter and pouring about a teaspoon of fuel into the carburetor. Pull the starter rope and if the engine starts and then quickly dies, carburetor is likely the problem. This is an OEM primer bulb and clip. It is attached to the engine air filter base. When the primer bulb is pushed, this fills the carburetor with fuel, making it easier to start a cold engine. This rubber primer bulb is known to harden and crack over time. For this repair you will start by removing the motor cover, air filter cover, air filter, and then the primer base. You will then use a screwdriver to release the clip holding the primer bulb in place. To install the new primer bulb, place the new clip so the ears are facing out, and then line the ears up with the openings on the base. You will then use your screwdriver to help snap it into place.
