Lower spray arm hits float valve cover and stops spinning
When the lower arm stops spinning dishes in the lower rack don't get clean. The replacement arm has fewer holes in it which means it has more turning force. Now the arm keeps turning and dishes are cleaner. Remove old arm by pulling up hard and it pops out. Push new arm down until it clicks home.
