Hi David, thank you for reaching out to Fix. First, make sure that the cold-water valve coming from the house to the washer is on and working properly. Shut off the cold-water valve that is coming from the house, then take off the cold-water hose and get a bucket. Once you get the water bucket, point the hose into the bucket and turn on the cold-water valve to check if water comes out. If no water comes out, then the house valve is no good and you will need a plumber. If there is water coming out, then the water inlet valve, part number FIX12726769, for the washer needs to be replaced. We hope this information is useful!
