Only hot water flows in to the tub. No cold water. Could it be the water inlet valve assembly?

Hi David, thank you for reaching out to Fix. First, make sure that the cold-water valve coming from the house to the washer is on and working properly. Shut off the cold-water valve that is coming from the house, then take off the cold-water hose and get a bucket. Once you get the water bucket, point the hose into the bucket and turn on the cold-water valve to check if water comes out. If no water comes out, then the house valve is no good and you will need a plumber. If there is water coming out, then the water inlet valve, part number FIX12726769, for the washer needs to be replaced. We hope this information is useful!

Washer will not fill with water, has power, water valves on and screen clean! What else can I check?
