Refrigerator lights are blinking like strobe lights

The freezer light is out. Would replacing this part make the lights in fridge part quit being dim?

Hello Linda, thank you for your question. The Main Led Light Control Board FIX11755867 is located on the ceiling of the refrigerator. There are also, two Led lights on each of the rear panels of the refrigerator and freezer sections which are both part PS11755866. If either of the Led lights on the rear panels short out, this will cause the Main Led Control Board to not work correctly or at all.
