This is a genuinely sourced air filter for a chainsaw, sold as one unit. A dirty or worn air filter can decrease the life and performance of the engine and increase the amount of fuel consumed, which is bad for the environment and your pocket. The air filter should be cleaned every 5 hours of operation. Keep in mind that once the air filter has been used, it is not possible to clean it completely, therefore should be replaced every fifty hours of operation, or once a year. To access the air filter, unfasten the screws securing the cylinder cover and remove it. Remove the air filter cover and air filter. Line-up the new air filter and reassemble your equipment.
