Fix Number FIX11753988
Manufacturer Part Number WPW10381562
If your laundry is coming out of the washer with marks or tears, your washer is leaking, or there is a burning smell, there may be an issue with your door bellow. This genuine OEM part is also called a boot seal and provides a watertight seal around the door of your front load washing machine. If the door boot seal gets damaged or torn, it can cause leaking to happen and should be replaced. A common reason that the bellow gets torn is overloading the machine. There are two clamps that hold the bellow in place, if they are in good shape they can be reused with the new bellow. If the clamps are damaged, they should be replaced and can be purchased separately.

This is an original manufacturer door gasket with a drain hole, for a front-load washer. If you require a door gasket without a drain hole, that is sold separately. Door gaskets are also commonly referred to as a door boot seal or bellow. The door gasket forms a seal between the door and tub, and the drain port allows for water drainage. A few symptoms related to this part include leaking, unusual sounds, poor performance, a burning smell, and a door that will not shut or seal properly. Tub Seal
Fix Number FIX4704237
Manufacturer Part Number WH02X10383
If your washer is leaking when it is filling or agitating, you may need to replace the tub seal. The tub seal is found between the transmission and the outer tub in your washing machine. This genuine OEM part serves as the main water seal between the outer tub and the transmission shaft. Another sign that the tub seal has failed is if grease marks are being left on your laundry or if the machine is noisy while operating. This repair is on the more difficult side, as you need to disassemble most of your washer in order to replace the tub seal. If you are not comfortable with this, you may want to call a qualified professional to install this part for you. Be sure to disconnect the power and water supply to your washer before beginning this repair.
