Use a putty knife and a flathead screwdriver to pry the door switch out of the liner. Disengage the wire harness to release the damaged switch. Install the new door switch by first connecting it to the wire harness. Line the switch up on the liner and snap it into position. Power it back up and double-check that it is working.
