The filter will last between six months to one year, depending on how often you use your microwave. Since a charcoal filter cannot be washed and reused, it will need to be replaced. Replacing the turn table

My old turn table was cracked. I ordered the replacement online. However when it came, it was the wrong item. This part can be tricky because it looked the exact same one on the website picture and it even had the instruction video with it but the turn table didn't fit right. Then I call customer service.
