We recommend storing the key in a safe place away from the freezer itself. We recommend testing the new key with the freezer door open, to ensure that the latch opens and closes properly. This key is made from white plastic and is sold individually.

Lost freezer key and door was locked and frozen from the inside
The key would not work, but unplugged the freezer and moved it outside where it could thaw out. After the freezer thawed out, the door could move and the key could then turn the latch. When we moved the freezer and jiggle it from side to side, it also loosened up the door. Read more...

This is the door gasket for your freezer. It is white in color and made of rubber. The door gasket covers the circumference of the freezer door and creates a seal.
