Fix Number FIX2350702
Manufacturer Part Number 297216600
If you have frost building up in your freezer, or the temperature in your fridge is running too warm, there may be an issue with the defrost thermostat. This thermostat sits on the top of the evaporator and protects it from overheating when the defrost cycle is running. It does this by regulating the temperature in your appliance, and should shut off the heater once the frost has melted off the coils. If you need a new thermostat, this is a genuine OEM replacement part. Please be sure to disconnect the power supply to your fridge before beginning this repair.

Fix Number FIX12585793

Please be sure to disconnect the power supply to your fridge before beginning this repair. Depending on your model, the defrost timer can be found either on the ceiling or rear panel of the refrigerator.
