This is the burner head and electrode for your gas range. If your gas igniter glows but will not light, or if the element will not start or heat entirely, you may need to replace the burner head. This burner head is approximately 4¼ inches in diameter and is sold individually. Please note that the mounting screws for this burner head are sold separately. To replace the burner head, simply unscrew the old, defective burner head and screw in the new one.

The large surface element is installed under the cooktop and heats up the area directly above it. You will need to replace the element if it does not heat up properly. This 6 Inch 1200-watt radiant surface element with limiter is located under the main cooktop. When the element is turned on, it will heat up and provide heat to the cooking area on top of the range. If your element will not supply heat you will need to replace it. When replacing the radiant surface element please make sure the element is cool to touch before starting the repair. Disconnect the power to your range before beginning the repair. This is a genuine OEM part.
