This genuine OEM kit includes the parts required to replace a surface burner receptable on your range. The kit comes with a plastic block, a metal bracket, high temperature wire nuts, and wires. The burner elements on the cooktop plug into the receptacle, and if the burner is not heating up properly, the receptacle may need to be replaced. Other signs that the receptacle is faulty is if there is corrosion on the element terminals. Before beginning this repair, please be sure to disconnect the power supply to your range. You will need a pair of wire strippers and a Phillips screwdriver for this installation.

Standard Y-Frame Range Surface Burner The manufacturer suggests replacing the receptacle at the same time.

X-Large Burner Head with Electrode This is the burner head and electrode for your gas range. If your gas igniter glows but will not light, or if the element will not start or heat entirely, you may need to replace the burner head. This burner head is approximately 4¼ inches in diameter and is sold individually. Please note that the mounting screws for this burner head are sold separately. To replace the burner head, simply unscrew the old, defective burner head and screw in the new one.
