We finally found you online and ordered the parts, the drawer moves nicely, but seems not to fit across, not wide enought maybe. My husband took off the old slides and installed the new ones, a screwdriver helped him push a little and everything snapped into place.

After reading some of the other repair reports, I realized I had to remove two plastic tabs on each of the slider tracks for them to fit properly into my shelf arm. I accomplished that with a rotary sander/grinder since there was no notch or hole for them to fit in my situation. That done, it was a simple matter of sliding the tracks in and out with a bit of help from a hammer (only slightly though). The repair took all of 10 minutes or so. I enjoy that my drawer no longer falls out when we use it!

I removed the shelf, popped off the old brackets and popped on the new ones. Easy once I figured out exactly how to do it. Less than 5 minutes later it was repaired. Easy!

Had to use sand paper as the slider as it would not go on all the way. After sanding the plastic down a bit, it took the excess off and slid on just fine. Every thing works as it should.

The parts arrived quickly and were an exact match to the originals. Advise. Remove the shelf with the broken tracks and let warm to room temperature. The plastic is more pliable and it's easier to get the old ones off. Just push in and slide the lug to the matching opening to remove. Before you try to install the new ones, lubricate the lugs (blocks) with vegitable oil or vasiline etc. It will make the new parts slide in with little effort. double check to make sure the lugs lock into place before reinstalling the shelf.

Used a rubber mallet to tap the old tracks out and the new ones into place. About 5 minutes total, and I am NOT a "handyman"!

I watched the "how to" repair video on the website and the actual repair was very easy! I was most impressed with how quickly I received the replacement parts.

Per instructions. Only caveat was I had to knock off the two plastic circular tabs on the outboard (side with the flanges that insert to the shelf bracket) with a chisel and hammer. Put the chisel blade at the base of the tab and give a quick blow with a small Hammer. Took about 1 minute. Depending on your model, the tracks may not seat with the plastic tabs.

This was a piece of cake. I watched the how to video, and everything just snapped in place. It could not have been easier.

Slide off glass top shelf. Slid 2 new tracks on.

Removed drawer and side rails , install new glides on both sides.replace drawer in refridgerator.

Removed old ones and repalced wiht new ones bought here

Part arrived in two days. Put part on. It's been heaven ever since.

Snapped the old tracks out and snapped the new tracks in place.

Watched video first. Very simple removal and replacement.
