Needed new water filter
So simple I couldn't believe it! Twist out the old filter then twist in the new! Easy Peasy!

Ice Maker stopped working a second time
The customer service was great and I received my part the next day which was awesome. I was a bit surprised that inside the box no instructions came for the installation. It was a bit difficult without the instructions. After an hour we installed the ice maker and it stated working. The one thing I like the most is the one year guarantee. That gives me peace of mind.

changing the water/ice filter
Opened up the compartment where the old filter was located, twisted it to take it out (be careful not to spill water in the filter!), and installed the new one. Even a 64 year old woman had no trouble!

I was overdue for a new water filter
removed the old filter. unwrapped the new one. peeled off the protective foil. inserted new filter as directed. placed old filter in sink to drain. ran "water" from dispenser to purge air from line. Shazam!
