Milk was freezing in Refig section, 28 F temp
Noted the Damper Assemby in the upper rear of refrig section, was always staying open during checks for problems. Controls appeared to be controlling temp changes when adjusted. Pulled the damper assemby after removing two screws holding the diffuser/cover(diffuser pops off with screwdriver) Damper assembly snaps out , unplug wires, snap new damper assembly in place, reconnect wires at the plug, replace cover with foam insulation, secure with screws replace diffuser snaping in place. Recheck settings for desired temperatures.

Water inlet valve was leaking.
To replace the water inlet valve was very easy. All you need to do is unscrew the valve from the back of the refrigerator then use pliers to remove the water line then unplug the 2nd line that goes into the frig. Then just unplug the valve from the power cord.

Installing the Ice and Water Filter
Take filter out of the box and open the refrigerator. Open the housing in the frig that holds the filter and twist the light-blue piece 1/4 turn, counter-clockwise. (Put the light-blue piece in a safe place.) Take foil away from filter. With 1/4 turn in the clockwise direction, twist the filter into its position. Let five gallons run through the system to get fresh, filtered water.
