I replaced the defrost relay folling instructions I read on the internet--and it still didn't work--So I replaced the compressor start relay which was easier than the defrost relay--it worked and the fridg is working good.

After the front panel was removed, disconnected the timer and installed new in reverse order. The provided instructions could be more straight forward, I spent more time reading it than the installation itself.

First, after re-reading your descriptions here on your site ( it took clues from each of them) I unplugged the refrigerator and began on the only day my husband was out of town. The two selector knobs came off easily fingers only. The plate came off with only a slight prying with a screwdriver (it is intended to snap off this way). Loosening the screws and removing them in order to remember which order they returned proved to be a challenge. After disassembly, pulling the thermostat out of the tubing and replacing it with the new one without bending it was hard to do also. The refrigerator runs like new, and may run another eleven years! The repair was easy, I removed the cover on the top front of the fresh food compartment. It housed the defrost timer which was easy to identify and replace. Just removed a screw, unplugged the wires and replaced with the new part. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only problem. I also had to replace the defrost element that the timer sent power to. While I was at it, I replaced the defroster thermostat. The entire repair took under an hour, diagnosing the problem took the most time and effort.

Turn off power .Remove the control knobs and pry off the front panel ,it just snaps on,Take out two screws holding the control panel Take out the two screws holding the control to the base of the panel to get at the two screws holding the control to the bracket. Ther are screws holding the covers over the thermostat tube. Then pull out the tubbe and remove the plastic cover on the old control and place it on the new control tube. Then route the new tube into the snaps be careful to not make ant sharp bends in tubing.When that is done fasten the control to the bracket and fasten the bracket to the panel.Replace covers over tube to hide it and keep from damaging it when putting things in fridge.. Mount the conrol bracket back to the fridge and replace snap on cover. Plug in electric.

Went online with the model number, the part was very easy to find, diagrams helped me to have confidence in the choice. Parts came in two days, tore them open and used a screw driver to replace the broken shelf brackets, replaced shelves, I am a happy camper!!

The new shelf support part fit perfectly. I needed no tools just slid it on the existing bracket. Super easy.

I simply slid off the broken supports, and slid the new ones on.

I removed one bolt and took out the old roller after first blocking up the fridge. Then I was puzzled for a moment because the hole in the new assembly was not tapped. But then I saw that the old bolt was a self tapping bolt. I used it to tap the hole then removed it and installed the new assembly. No sweat job.

Removed the top hinge cap. Removed the 3 screws with a nutdriver. Lifted the door off of the bottom hinge and placed it on it's side. Then I removed both closing cams (one screw holding each). Clean the area then replaced each cam. I put some vaseline on the bottom cam and replaced the door. 4-5 minutes not counting removing and replacing the food inside the door shelves. I'm 56 years old and have always done most of my own handywork. I don't remember any job going so smooth and fast! Ever!

took out old broken frame! popped out glass! put in new frame inserted glass done! no tools required! took less than 5 minutes! good as new!

I pulled the socket out and unplugged the wires. I replaced the light socket by plugging in the wires and snapping the light socket into place. A very simple fix.
