Both front parts of the frame were broke and could not be fixed.
Removed items off the glass, took glass off, removed frame. Placed the frame back into the slots, put glass back on . Took maybe 10 minutes.

The ice maker would not shut off, flooding frezer. Drawer runner on Crisper shelf was broken.
Removed old crisper shelf and replaced with a new one. Remover skirting from rear if refrigerator and easily replaced valve for ice maker and water supply.

left slide of the cover frame was broken off and the crisper drawer kept falling down.
Order a new crisper cover frame without the glass. Removed the old frame, pried off the gasket and the decorative metal piece on the front. Inserted both parts on the new frame. The video on the website was absolutely the most helpful, and I was exceptionally pleased with the part and your service. The replacement part arrived within 24 hours of ordering it.
