Ice maker didn't work.
Replaced icemaker assembly. Only 3 Phillips screws to remove the old assembly. Pretty much an exact swap. Was easy to replace but the connecting cable on the new replacement assembly wasn't very easy to make fit. Had to force it into a location that would be out of the way and allow everything to operate properly. That connecting cable should be more flexible and adapt to the fridge a little more friendly.

Water leaking and freezing everywhere. Weird shaped ice cubes, more like chunks which jambed the dispenser.
First removed the two screws that holds the old ice maker in place. Unplugged it. The freezer compartment was too narrow to allow the unit to slide out or turn in any other direction. Had to also remove the two front screws from the left side ice bin track and swing it down. The door opening was also too tight. Scratched the plastic door jamb putting the new unit in but other than that all is well and functioning well.

Ice would build up on freezer floor about 1" thick every week, which then had to be removed.
The repair was fairly easy and took about one hour all together. I replaced the defrost heater with thermostat and the defrost timer. If you are having the same problem with ice build up don't forget to use a blow dryer to melt all of the ice for an easier replacement of the defrost heaters with thermostat. Make sure that you melt all of the ice in the drip pan below the heaters. You must also make sure that the drain hole in the middle of the drip pan is totally defrosted and you should blow air through the drain hole with a compressor to make sure that there is no blockage in that line that goes under the refrigerator and into a drain pan where it will evaporate by means of the compressor fan. If this line is not cleared, even after you replaced the broken heaters, the ice will return as the water has no place to drain.

Water won't stop running in Ice Maker
Basically I looked online for some research thru google and found this great site.. A few other folks had the same problem as I had with mine and I figured that I would start with replacing the double outlet water valve.. So I ordered it from this site and in two days wow that's fast shipping.. This repair took less than 15 minutes to complete and talk about a big savings $ 45.00 for this repair job.... I'm really happy now.... It's pretty easy though.. simply unplug frig first... then remove screw holding the valve.. remove clips and have a bowl near by when remoing the two hoses... replace valve.. its all colored coded just match the colors and then the two hoses they are different sizes one for each hole... reclip the clips and then replace the screw and finally plug the frig back in.. and then turn on the water to check for leaks.. if no leaks you are done...

My fridge shelf support broke
I was astonished when my part (PS306943 SLIDE ASM LH (Drawer Slide Rail - left side)arrived the very next day!!
In a big box, beautifully wrapped.
I got out my screw driver, detached the dead shelf support and screwed in the new one.
Oh it's so very nice to have the fridge working again, and so soon.
Hooray for Part select.com

broken shelves
After years of storing our drinks on the bottom shelf, one of the rails holding up the crisper finally broke. That then broke the rail to the shelve below the crisper. After checking other websites, i came across this one. I liked how it gave me a picture of where the parts go, with the part number, that I could easily cross reference when i ordered. That was very handy. I placed the order on a Wednesday, and the parts were on my front porch when I came home Friday. That is fast service. I will definitely be coming back again.

Drawer slide rail for upper drawer had broken
Removed the broken rail by removing two screws. Put one screw through the hole in the new rail, matched it to the hole in the side of the fridge, and tightened it - not too tight! Then guided the second screw into place and did the same thing. Replaced the drawer. Job done.

Identifying the part on the website was a breeze too, thanks to well-organized site, a picture of the part to match to my broken one, and even a video of a repairman making the repair. Couldn't have been easier, and probably saved me about $100.

drawer did not open or close properly due to broken slider
Your search engine used a grid for sizing and rotated images of the slider on different axes so that it was easy to identify for replacement purposes. These sliders tend to look very much alike. I ordered the replacement slider and it arrived the next day. I removed two Phillips head metal screws and replaced the part in less than thirty seconds.
