The ice bucket had a cracked track
I had to pull the old ice bucket out, remove the front cover and the ice churner from the old bucket. The churner had to be installed onto the new ice bucket, then the front cover had to be snapped back on to the front of the ice bucket. Finally, the new bucket was slid into place. The whole process was relatively easy for a non-mechanical person like me, with the help of detailed instructions that came with the unit. The on-line video was also helpful. I would recommend this company to friends.

auger would jam/broke helix end cap
dismanteled ice bucket end and removed auger slid helix off and reinstalled auger in bucket. real good instructions.

My Original Armwire Had Fallen Off In The Ice Bin And Got Bent. That Is Why I Ordered The New Armwire Assy.
I removed ice bin and cover that sits ontop of the icemaker. I inserted the longer end of armwire assy first in the front part of the icemaker arm until it clicked in place then inserted the shorter end in the back side of icemaker arm and pressed until it went into the hole all the way through. This was very easy to install.

Pan broke when door was shut while it was open.
Pulled out the old pan and put in the new pan.

The fridge lower hinge mechanism which assists door closing broke
Removed the top hinge cover with Philips screwdriver. Removed the three bolts holding the top hinge in place. Removed the top hinge, and lifted the door off the remains of the lower hinge. Unbolted the remnants of the lower hinge closure mechanism and replaced it with the new set. Reassembled the door on the lower hinge, and then replaced and bolted back on the top hinge. Door back to full working order in less than fifteen minutes.

Needed more shelf space in the refrigerator
This was not a repair but rather a decision to make use of the dead space in the refrigerator door by adding another bucket to the door and relocating the other buckets accordingly. This project worked out very well and increased the shelf space by 20%. . .

Ice would not come through door, troubleshot and determined bale mechanism wasn't turning properly.
Removed old agitator unit - 4 nut-head screws removed, and installed new agitator and screws aligned easily.

Ice maker would jam up and not let ice out thru dispencer .
Super fast , I received my parts the very next day ,THANKS to PartSelect.com. GREAT JOB .
Pulled out 4 screws , pulled out the ice turn gear & crusher , replaced the helix end cap , put all these parts back in place , screwed 4 screws back in ice bucket , back in freezer and it works like new . It would of cost me $110.00 to have a repair company do this simple job .

frig. missing door bushing.
I had to cut a groove in the bushing to put the elec. wires through it, & then just remove the hinge, put the bushing in & replace the hing.

The new piece arrived broken, still waiting on the repplacement
The crisper pan arrived broken. They credited me back the charge right away, and ordered a new one (July 6th). Here it is July 13th, and they still have not shipped the new crisper pan.

Water line feeding ice maker was not producing ice
Take out the elbow fill tube and check to see if ice build up inside tube. Clean tube of ice build up. Replace tube back in. In my case that corrected my problem.
